My visit to the property was a pleasant surprise as the photos online did not do it justice. the solid oak window frames, doors, and flooring added a touch of quality that I greatly appreciated. the room was deceptively spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. While I didn't get to experience the log burner or underfloor heating, I can imagine how cozy it would be in colder weather. I particularly enjoyed the visit to Alderford Lake and the lovely lunch at the Marina Cafe. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and grateful for the wonderful stay at the hotel.
